Business Entity Formation


We help clients forming a new company to select a legal structure that anticipates their long-term goals. We advise our clients on their choice of entity and prepare and file all documents necessary to establish the entity, including articles of incorporation, articles of organization, tax elections, bylaws, operating agreements, corporate resolutions, partnership agreements, and joint venture agreements.

Tax Planning


We provide practical tax solutions to high net worth individuals, private businesses, and financial institutions. We advise our clients on the tax implications of their estate plans, business structures and investments.


Art Law


Santa Fe is home to one of the largest art markets in the country, and hosts many art festivals, including the Santa Fe Indian Market. We represent clients in art and cultural property law, and handle all types of commercial litigation involving art, and advise private individuals, corporate and commercial clients on art law matters.
